Fittingly, Korrozia Metalla is translated from Russian as Corrosion of Metal. The band has always been the project of Sergey "The Spider" Troitsky, who has filled every lineup spot except drums at one point or another. In some form, the band had been around as early as 1982, though it was in 1984 that they officially were formed as Korrozia Metalla.
Their first show was in 1985, literally underground - in a cellar! They were cut off after 4 songs when the KGB stormed in. This show made them legendary even before they had cut a demo. The first vocalist, The Schizophrenic, left and was replaced by The Pussycat for the first demo, and they started gigging heavily - giving as many as four concerts per day. The authorities gave them the legal permission to play only so many shows, so they were frequently shut down. New vocalist Dima appeared in 1987 for a short while, but then he failed to show up for a gig, so guitarist Sergei "The Hog" Vysokosov took over on vocals.

The Horned Necrocannibals

The Horned Necrocannibals - the Necro-death-metal band was formed in Moscow in 2001 first as a joke death metal band by Nekrozaurus and Exhumator for the sole purpose of shredding, growling, consuming immense amount of beer and good ole’ fun altogether.
The gimmick behind the act were the online polls on MetalKings.ru with the basic idea of shaping a death metal band that would be 100% interactive. Through polls visitors of that site would pick the name for the band itself, the aliases for all band-members, the title of the debut record, etc., etc., etc. The best part about the whole thing was that no one actually believed it was going to be a real band until the first song was posted online.
On August 16, 2003 HNC release their debut record via CD-Maximum titled ‘Bitches, Sex, and Ptomaine’.

In 1998 Drugly Cats appears the first hit, which becomes the unofficial hymn football fans of Moscow club CSKA - "Red Blue Warriors". In that time Drugly Cats become a cult band of football-fans.

If DC was England band, pub-rock become ther genre. But there is no pubs in Russia. So it is a rock very closely to punk. Lyrics of this band is something. Alcohol, sex, girls, rock'n'roll, sex, girls, girls, alcohol, rock'n'roll. When i heard this band at first time i was so happy. I never herd russian band like this. It was so fun. My cassette whit album "Be the man, you gruel" in short time was lost among my friends. But many text i remember good! One of theme about adventure of lyric hero and Cicciolina. A Damned Old House

Korol & Shut (King&Jester) famous horror-punk band from Sankt Pitersburg. The first gig of the group took place in 1992 in Igors Golubev school of the rhythm. 1993- first gig in St. Pitersburg club "TAM-TAM" and in moscow club "Sexton FOZD".
First demo-album was in 1994 by compact cassete. I saw this band on tv. It was a short report in programm "Maxidrom". It was a video from concert, ther was 20-30 people. it reminded me a "Exploited" gigs. Group becomes very popular in 1996. When released a first studio album "stone on head". It was a time of great concerts.

Sektor Gaza - (sector of the gas) the punk-band from Voroneg. It is first punk band in USSR who become a most popular among youth.
Group was formed in 1989. It named like a industrial district of Voroneg, where was many factory.
The songs containing colloquial and obscene lexicon. In period 1989-2000 group released 14 albums.
Author all text and music was Yuriy (HOY) Klinskih (vocalist), who died in 2000. He was 35.
Now other group members gigs with new vocalist. Band named "Progect SG"

INFERNO

INFERNO - Kiev, Ukraine.
The beginning of INFERNO life is 1994, when was it first rehearsal and when it fhave taken part in their first concert with Ukrainian pillars of underground music. In this time INFERNO plays trash-metal with female growling.
In November 1995, INFERNO have made their first solo concert.
In 1996 keyboards have brought new style to the band's music, from trash-metal to melodic death/black-metal. Screaming and "academic" vocals were preformed by the girl, Marine "Plague".
In December 1996, INFERNO have recorded their first "official" demo tape Agnus Dei.
This was a beginning of the creative ascent of the group. Since 1994 till 2009 INFERNO scores more than a hundred concerts, 4 mini and 3 long-play albums.
INFERNO plays with the different bands Pungent Stench (Austria), Master (Russia), Vader (Poland), Umbra Et Emago (Germany) and others famous names.

FORGIVE-ME-NOT formed in summer, 1996 in the city of Tula, Russia. Originally the band consisted of Victor Kuckoverov (bass, vocals), Mikhail Karasiov (guitars) and Andrey Sukhanov (drums).
From August to October 1997, FORGIVE-ME-NOT recorded their debut album “Tearfall”, released by MAGIK ART Entertainment on MC at the beginning of 1998. Soon after the recording of “Tearfall” Mikhail Guz (guitars) and Elena Gorbunova (keyboards) joined the band.
In summer 1998 FORGIVE-ME-NOT signed a contract with the Russian label METAL AGEN Records that re-released “Tearfall” on MC/CD.
In the first half of 1998 the band prepared a new program that eventually shaped into their second album “Spaceapple” recorded in August - September 1998. This album was released by METAL AGEN Records in the fall of 1999 on MC, and at the end of January 2001 on CD.
In July 2000 FORGIVE-ME-NOT were at studio again recording their 3-rd full-length album. The process was long and hard, and the recording was completed only in July 2001.
Tracks from this recording session appear in the two following releases: maxi-single “Swallow Songs”, January 2002 and the 3-rd full-length album “Perfect Innocence”, August 2002.
In the fall of 2003 the album “Behind” was released; it included both new and previously unreleased songs. The core of the album was a 4-track demo recorded in the summer of 2002, a new track “Time in Timeout”, the track “Freezing Point” from the previous recording session and a cover-version of CINDERELLA’s “Gypsy Road”.
At the beginning of 2003 FORGIVE-ME-NOT started composing new material, brought to “Die Records” Studio in Moscow in the fall of 2003 and recorded in half a year. This work resulted in the new album “Heavenside”, released in May 2004 by METAL AGEN/SOYUZ.
After the release of “Heavenside” the band took a “creative break”, gathering from time to time to play a gig.
At the end of 2004 one of the founders, Mikhail Karasiov (guitars), left FORGIVE-ME-NOT. Hellena Gindina at first substituted for him as a session guitarist for several gigs, and then became a full member of the band.
In 2005 Metal Agen/Soyuz re-released the first two albums, “Tearfall” and и “Spaceapple”, with updates and improvements in booklet designs and exclusive bonus-tracks.
In spring 2006 FORGIVE-ME-NOT cancelled the contract with Metal Agen/Soyuz and signed one with Irond Ltd.
On May 15, 2006 Irond Ltd. released the Russian-language version of the album “Suicide Service”, with powerful and expressive songs and excellent recording quality.
On June 1, the label Misteriya Zvuka released a special edition of “Suicide Сервис” for distribution in CIS countries.
The band gave several performances in support of the new album during a mini-tour across Russia.
Having played a number of gigs in support of “Suicide Сервис”, Hellena Gindina decided to quit the band. In her place came Vadim Gryzlov (Fatal Aim, ex-Glintvein) who had played with FORGIVE-ME-NOT as a session bassist.
The English version of “Suicide Service” released in 2007.
In the course of its history FORGIVE-ME-NOT have played a great number of gigs and supported DORO (08.03.2001.), TO/DIE/FOR (12.01.2002.), CHARON (07.12.2003.), EVEREVE (20.03.2004.), LAKE OF TEARS (06.03.2005), Paul Di'Anno (05.03.2006) and others.
In September, 2007 group FORGIVE-ME-NOT has officially stopped the existence. Drummer Andy has published the following official announcement: "Today, this fine autumn morning, I wish to make an official statement. From this point on group FORGIVE-ME-NOT stops the existence. To me very painfully and sadly to write about it, but it is a reality. Certain circumstances do impossible the further existence of group. Therefore at once I wish to tell: reunion will not be".
On March, 27th 2008 in the Moscow hospital Victor Kukoverov (vocal) has died. It was in a coma as a result of the accident which has occurred in the Moscow metro. RIP

Autumn - doom-metal band from Ekaterinburg, Russia. Was found in 1993. In 1995 was record a first demo: "The Druid Autumn". It  take a good comments in  press. In 1997  was  appear a firs 60 minutes album "...Аnd We Are Falling Leaves" on studio "Pinoccio Records". All songs was by english language. After it in 2000 group record a second album "Black Wings" and in the begining of 2003 "Autumn forever...".  A circulation of it 1000 copies. "Autumn" anymore exists.
